October has been a whirlwind of fun and activity… we returned to base, our very happy place, and spent an incredible week in Cornwall distilling not one but two batches of our glorious No.6 Soulmate gin. We absolutely love being back in the distillery; zesting the limes and preparing the other fresh botanicals ready for the beautiful handmade copper pot stills to work their magic; bottling, labelling, waxing and packing our precious cargo into the Gin Wagon; saying “goodbye and see you soon, to the lovely team at the distillery as we set off for Kent, with a quick pit stop at the Pasty shop to stock up before heading home with our glorious gin. Batch 004 is selling fast, so please be sure to place your Christmas orders soon!
We were incredibly proud to be pink for the month in support of Breast Cancer awareness month. It was an honour to work with The Pink Ribbon Foundation and support their annual gala ball at the Globe Theatre in London on October 3rd. The incredible PRF supports Breast Cancer Charities across the UK. The gala ball was a burst of colour, life, love and real stories with a carnival themed ball, flamboyant costumes and beautiful people. We hand painted 33 personalised bottles which were very generously sponsored by Heartsease Farm, part of the Radnor Hill Group. On the night we hosted table raffles with 20 of our beautiful bottles and raised in excess of £3,000. It is just wonderful to see the Ginvolution in action, making an impactful and meaningful difference, giving back to communities and making the world a better place one gin at a time.
If your family is anything like ours, then the excitement of Christmas is already starting to build… leading us into a false sense of security, then WHAM – its December! All-panic stations, George Michael on the radio, rushing around with a list of things to buy as long as the eye can see! Although we can’t magically stop time – we can help provide a little inspiration for Christmas gifts. This year we have created a beautifully boxed gin gift set, including our award winning No.6 Soulmate along with a stunning pair of crystal gin goblets engraved with our little hummingbird. And there is still time to order a hand painted personalised bottle for the gin lover in your life.
