Whilst we are unable to guarantee delivery times we will always dispatch your order promptly. We currently offer three shipping services for mailing our gintastic products. At the current time we can only ship to the UK. Your preferred shipping service is selected at the checkout in our online shop.

- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Service | Delivery aim 1-2 working days | £5.39
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 Next Day Service | Delivery aim next working day | £11.22
During busier periods, delivery times can become extended and we recommend using the tracking service if your order is time sensitive. Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service aims to deliver your parcel the next working day. The service also offers real time tracking via your email or telephone number that you have provided. Please note that we require 1-2 working days to process your personalised gift bottle, each personalised gift is hand painted to order.
We are sorry, but we are not responsible for the delays of third-party services. Please note Royal Mail’s Compensation for Loss Policy. Should an item be lost or delayed using a Royal Mail service, we are not able to send a replacement or make a claim, as the customer you can make a claim against Royal Mail direct.
