During busier periods, delivery times can become extended, Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service aims to deliver your parcel the next working day including Saturdays. The service also offers real time tracking and a photo on delivery. For added peace of mind you have the option to add a signature to be sure who has accepted the delivery of your parcel. Please note that we require 3-5 working days to process your personalised gift bottle, each personalised gift is hand painted to order.
We are sorry, but we are not responsible for the delays of third-party services. Please note Royal Mail’s Compensation for Loss Policy. Should an item be lost or delayed using a Royal Mail service, we are not able to send a replacement or make a claim, as the customer you can make a claim against Royal Mail direct.
