Another honour for No.6 Soulmate, this time a Great Taste Award for No.6 Soulmate!
“Full of character, smooth, enticing, balanced, crystal clear, gentle spiciness, elevating citrus”… a little snippet of the judges’ comments that accompanied our 2 STAR rating in the Great Taste Awards 2024. To put this into some kind of perspective the maximum number of stars is 3 and only 10% of all entrants receive 2 stars! The judges feedback was both wonderful and constructive. We are bursting with pride and excitement for what the future holds for our scrumptious No.6 Soulmate… and yes our dancing boots are back on!!
The Great Taste award arrived earlier this week and what an ending to an incredible month! July has been busy and brilliant, we attended several Farmers Markets, meeting old friends and making new ones. We had the privilege of sharing our ginvolution at Classic Cars on the Green, a vintage & retro car show in Bearsted, raising vital funds for the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance Charity, where we were honoured to donate a hand painted bottle of No.6 Soulmate, the first time we’ve been asked to paint a helicopter! The bottle was raffled, and one lucky gin lover went home happy to enjoy the gin and we were glad to be able to contribute to this amazing charity.
August looks set to be another action packed month, kicking off with a golf day at Littlestone Golf Club in Kent. Our lovely monthly Bearsted Farmers Market is on the 4th followed by Aylesford Farmers Market on the 18th and Lamberhurst on 24th. Please pop by and join us for a taster, these markets are packed full of amazing local produce and we would love to see you.
Looking further ahead to September and holiday time for us both, we will be away from the 6th – 27th inclusive. A little precious time to kick back, chill and make plans for the run up to Christmas and all the lovely Christmas markets & events we have planned. So please get your orders in early!
