Before we bid farewell to 2024 we wanted to take a moment of reflection… for us it has been a truly incredible year. Starting in February winning the Kent & Medway Food & Drink Beverage Producer of the Year Award, May crowned us a winner in the International Gin Guide Awards, August awarded us 2 stars in the Great Taste Awards and September delivered a LuxLife Perfect Gift Award. We turned pink in October with the Pink Ribbon Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness and the last few months have been all about Santa! None of this would be possible without your continued support, so thank you for being part of the Ginvolution, it has been an honour sharing this year with you.
When thinking about a cocktail to celebrate New Years Eve it had to be the Soulful Vesper! Inspired by James Bond in Casino Royale, complex and elegant, smooth and slightly dry, with crisp, refreshing finish. This cocktail delivers a splash of glamour to any party!
Soulful Vesper
90ml No.6 Soulmate classic London dry gin
30ml Vodka
15ml Sambuca
Fill a mixing glass with ice, add the Soulmate Gin, Vodka and Sambuca, stir well to chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist or olive? The garnish in this little number isn’t just a pretty face. The lemon twist releases oils that dance on the nose and the rim of the glass, adding a zesty allure. Or an olive brings a saltiness, anchoring the cocktail. Whichever garnish you choose – enjoy!
